Q: How does the whole ordering process work?

A: We first like you to fill out the order form on our site and send it back to us. Once we receive it, we will send out samples of the fabrics if you choose. You may also look at our swatch page to make your choice. Once you have received your fabrics and chosen the one you want to have your suit made out of, then send us back the approval slip. When we receive your approval slip we will contact you for your non refundable deposit. You can pay with either a check (US only), a Visa or Master Card, or we can send you a pay pal pal invoice. Once the deposit as been made, then we will cut and sew your suit. We will send it to you for a fitting before we decorate it to be sure it fits properly. Please have your trainer see you in the suit before you send it back to us!  Once we receive it back from fitting, the remaining balance is due for your suit. We will decorate it send it to you finished. NO SUIT WILL BE MAILED UNLESS PAID IN FULL NO MATTER YOUR SHOW DATE!

Q: How long does the whole process take?

A: We ask for 6-8 weeks to make your suit from beginning to end. Depending on the time of year, it may be more or less. It also depends on how quickly you get the information and product back to us.

Q: Is my deposit refundable?

A: Your deposit is NOT refundable for any reason. These are custom made suits specifically made for your body. Your deposit expires 2 years from the date it is made. If you decide you will never compete, you can transfer your deposit to another competitor.

A: This revolutionary material will practically eliminate the need for adhesives in the butt of your suit. It will save your suit from all the harsh stains from spray adhesives that can ruin a suit. This material holds the shape of the back of the suit so while you  move the suit will stay in place. It also give great lift to those butts that need it. It is an up charge of $20.00. Ask for it when placing your order!

Q: What types of padding do you offer?

A: We have two kinds of padding. The first is just a push up foam padding. This give you a little lift and adds fullness. The second is called Super Padding. This is a full foam pad that is made as a prosthetic breast. It is shaped much like an avocado. It is hollowed out on one side and round on the other in a teardrop shape like a real breast. It will add up to 2 cup sizes to your breasts. I do not sell gels because they tend to weigh down your top and are very heavy. Push up padding is a $16.00 up charge. Super Padding is $25.00.

Q: How should my suit fit?

A: The way you should wear your suit will depend on your body type. Click the link to see what body type you are.

Q: If I get my suit for my fitting and it isn't fitting like I expected, what do I do?

A: First  I ask that you send me pictures of yourself in the suit. A lot of times, you just haven't put the suit on correctly. Second, the suit should be a little small because you are still coming down in size. Be sure you are following your training schedule and eating plan. I have made over a thousand suits and know what will fit your specific body by the time of the show. I have also trained myself for my competitions and others as a certified trainer in the past. I know how the body works. I need you to do your part and work hard to get your body show ready. Finally, if alterations are needed, they will be done at no charge. That is part of the service of getting a custom suit.

Q: How do I clean my suit?

A: You will want to hand wash your suit in Woolite and lay it flat on a towel to dry. Gently squeeze out excess water before laying on the towel. NEVER WRING OUT YOUR SUIT! NEVER DRY CLEAN!

Q: Can I get my suit altered?

A: If you need alterations before your documented show date, the alterations are free. It is part of your customer service. If you have worn your suit in a show and need an alteration after words for any reason, we will alter it for a fee. The fee starts at $25.00 and goes up depending on the alteration needed. Please wash any worn suit before sending it back to me for alterations. If the suit comes to me dirty, you will be charged a $50.00 fee for cleaning your suit. You wouldn't want to touch our dirty underwear and we do not want to touch yours!

Q: Can you alter a suit from another designer?

A: Yes!  I have no problem with altering any suit. Please wash any worn suit before sending it back to me for alterations. If the suit comes to me dirty, you will be charged a $50.00 fee for cleaning your suit. You wouldn't want to touch our dirty underwear and we do not want to touch yours!

Q: Can I have you add stones to my suit even if Suits by Amy didn't make it?

A: Absolutely! Adding stones to a suit goes by a price per 100 stones. Contact us to find out latest pricing. Please wash any worn suit before sending it to me for adding stones. If the suit comes to me dirty, you will be charged a $50.00 fee for cleaning your suit. You wouldn't want to touch our dirty underwear and we do not want to touch yours!

Q: Why am I paying an upcharge for having DD sized breasts?

A: I must charge an up charge for breasts side DD or larger since it takes double the stones to decorate compared to a size C. It also takes twice the time.
